1. General Rule
Donations are final and non-refundable, unless there is an error from our side.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may apply in cases of duplicate donations, transaction errors, or unauthorized use. Requests must be made within 5 working days.
3. Process
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–14 days after review. Donation receipts may need to be returned.
4. Contact for Refunds
Send your request in writing with proof of donation and reason for refund to our email or office address.
5. Final Note
If a tax exemption certificate is already issued, refunds may not be possible except for errors caused by us.
